The longest day of the year — and the very best part of it is the evening I get to spend with you.

Let's take the blanket down to the water, slip in while it's still warm from the sun, and let the light do what it does tonight — linger, and refuse to fade. No clocks. Just the lake, the gold on the water, and us.

I've been looking forward to this all day — to the quiet, to the long slow evening, to you. There's nowhere I'd rather be.
